China's National Green Development Fund to Focus on Yangtze River Economic Belt
China's Ministry of Finance issued a notice on the program of fiscal and tax support policies to comprehensively promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The notice said that the National Green Development Fund and other key investments will be made to the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
The first phase of the national green development fund is 88.5 billion yuan, with the central government contributing 10 billion yuan and the provincial and municipal governments along the river and social capital participating. The first period of survival is mainly invested in the provinces and cities along the Yangtze River economic belt, focusing on environmental protection and pollution prevention, ecological restoration and greening of land space, energy resources conservation and utilization, green transportation, clean energy and other fields, to support the fight against pollution, accelerate the cultivation of green industry-related market players, and better serve the green development of the Yangtze River economic belt.
At the same time, promote China's government-enterprise cooperation investment fund (China PPP Fund) to give priority support to eligible PPP projects in provinces and cities along the river.
