Asset Management Association of China Announces Fund Management Company Data
By the end of July, there were 137 fund management companies in China, of which 44 were Sino-foreign joint ventures, 1 was wholly foreign-owned and 92 were domestic companies; 12 securities companies or securities companies asset management sub company and 2 insurance asset management companies were qualified to manage public funds. The public funds managed by the above institutions net asset value totaled 23.54 trillion yuan.
