2. The Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism has compiled the "14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural and Tourism Development of Gansu Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). The "Planning" proposes that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, our province will have 213 million domestic tourists in 2020 and a total income of 145.5 billion yuan. The "14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Tourism Integration Development of Henan Province" proposes that by the end of 2025, the comprehensive contribution of the province's tourism industry will account for more than 12% of the total GDP (the number of tourists and the comprehensive tourism income will remain at 15% and 15% respectively. 20% annual growth), the added value of the province's cultural industry accounts for more than 5% of the total GDP, and the cultural tourism, cultural and creative industries have become the province's strategic pillar industries.
