Dolphin Drilling lists on Euronext Growth
Oslo Børs, part of the Euronext Group, today congratulates Dolphin Drilling AS (ticker: DDRIL) on its admission to Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the 11th admission on Euronext Growth Oslo in 2022, and the 13th listing this year in total in Norway. With the listing of Dolphin Drilling, there are 115 companies listed on Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the third drilling company listed in 2022.
Dolphin Drilling delivers offshore drilling services to the harsh environment and mid-water market, and the company has a fleet of three drilling rigs. The company has 55 years of operational experience and has offices in Norway, UK, Brazil, Nigeria and Mexico.
At opening, the share price was set at NOK 15.50 per share, based on the closing price on NOTC 27th October. This corresponds to an estimated market capitalisation of NOK 1.9 billion.
