Precision medicine seminar drives medical innovation in Lin-gang
The Precision Medicine Promotes Innovation Seminar took place in the Lin-gang Special Area, Shanghai on Aug 4.
Over 100 leaders and experts from the medical field attended the event to discuss the development of precision medicine.
During the seminar, the Precision Medicine Research and Industry Development Alliance (Lingang Center) was established. The alliance was initiated by 12 organizations, including the Shanghai Medicine and Health Development Foundation, and the Institute for Hospital Management of Tsinghua University.
Lin-gang Special Area's biomedicine industry focuses on high-end precision medical devices, and has more than 130 companies and institutions focused on research, technology transfer, and collaborative innovation.
