2023年8月底银行对客户外汇市场境外投资者备案名单
根据《境外机构投资者投资中国债券市场资金管理规定》（银发〔2022〕258号〕），符合《中国人民银行 中国证券监督管理委员会 国家外汇管理局公告》（〔2022〕第4号）规定，通过多级托管、结算代理等模式直接投资中国债券市场的境外机构，自行或通过托管人、结算代理人向外汇交易中心备案后，可作为客户与境内金融机构开展外汇交易；已备案的境外投资者增加、减少或调整选定的境内金融机构，应向外汇交易中心调整备案。
截至2023年8月31日，69家境外投资者已在中国外汇交易中心完成备案（名单附后）
*境外投资者也可选择直接入市和/或通过主经纪业务入市参与银行间外汇市场。

In accordance with the Notice of the People’s Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Issuing the Rules on Funds Invested by Overseas Institutional Investors in China’s Bond Market (Yinfa No. 258 [2022]), any overseas organization that meets the criteria under Announcement No. 4 [2022] of the PBC, CSRC, and SAFE and directly invests in China’s bond market through multi-level custody, settlement agency, or other access channels, may conduct FX trading with domestic financial institutions as customers after filing the list of those institutions with CFETS by itself or through its custodian or settlement agent. Any adjustment to the list shall likewise be filed with CFETS in advance.
As of August 31, 2023, 69 foreign investors have completed filing procedures. CFETS has notified their selected domestic financial institutions.
* Overseas investors may choose to enter the China Interbank FX Market directly and/or through Prime Brokerage (PB).
