哈比银行董事长与总裁访华，共商金融合作大计

近日，哈比银行董事长苏尔坦·阿里·阿拉纳与总裁穆浩然携代表团访问中国，与国家金融监督管理总局及北京监管局、中国银行总部、上合秘书处、北京绿色金融与可持续发展研究院以及多个央企进行了会见。此次访问旨在进一步加强哈比银行与中国在金融领域的合作，共同推动两国经济繁荣发展。

In a recent visit to China, Sultan Ali Allana, Chairman – HBL, and Muhammad Aurangzeb, President & CEO – HBL met with senior officials from the State Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau and its Beijing Bureau, Bank of China, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Secretariat, the Institute of Finance and Sustainability, and several central state-owned enterprises. The purpose of this visit was to further strengthen HBL's cooperation with China in the financial field and jointly promote the economic prosperity and development of the two countries.

监管机构对哈比银行在过去10年对带路倡议及走廊发展的贡献及将中国视作第二大本土市场的银行战略给予高度认可。双方还就绿色金融、跨境支付等议题展开了深入讨论，共同探讨金融支持可持续以及人民币国际化的发展思路。

The regulators recognized HBL's contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) over the past 10 years, as well as its strategy of viewing China as its second-largest domestic market. The two sides also discussed green finance, cross-border payments, and ideas for financial support for sustainability and RMB internationalization.

在与上合秘书处的会谈中，哈比银行代表团与上合组织就加强区域合作、促进经济一体化等方面进行了广泛讨论。双方一致认为，上合组织与哈比银行在多个领域拥有广泛的合作前景，将共同致力于推动区域经济繁荣发展。双方还就上合组织框架下的投资合作、贸易便利化等议题展开了深入讨论，共同推动区域经济一体化进程。

During talks with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Secretariat, the HBL delegation and the SCO had extensive discussions on strengthening regional cooperation and promoting economic integration. The two sides unanimously agreed that the SCO and HBL have broad prospects for cooperation in many areas and will work together to promote regional economic prosperity and development. The two sides also had in-depth discussions on investment cooperation and trade facilitation under the SCO framework and jointly promoted the process of regional economic integration.

在北京绿色金融与可持续发展研究院，哈比银行代表团与院方就绿色金融、可持续发展等议题进行了深入交流。双方同意在绿色金融领域加强合作，共同推动全球可持续发展事业。

At the Institute of Finance and Sustainability, the HBL delegation held in-depth discussions with the institute on green finance and sustainable development. The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of green finance and jointly promote global sustainable development.

紧接着，哈比银行代表团来到中国银行总部进行了友好会谈。双方就人民币国际化、中巴经济走廊第二阶段等领域进行了深入探讨，并达成了多项合作意向。双方表示，将共同努力，推动两国金融业务深度融合，实现互利共赢。

Subsequently, the HBL delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Bank of China head office. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on areas such as RMB internationalization and the second phase of CPEC. The two sides agreed to work together to promote in-depth integration of financial services between the two countries and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win results.

此外，哈比银行代表团还与中国土木工程集团有限公司、中国电力技术装备有限公司和中国机械设备工程股份有限公司等央企总部进行了会见。双方就前期合作进行了回顾，并达成多项合作共识。哈比银行表示，将积极支持中国企业走出去，为企业在南亚地区的投资建设保驾护航。

The HBL delegation also met with the headquarters of central state-owned enterprises such as China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, China Electric Power Equipment & Technology, and China Machinery Engineering Corporation. HBL and Chinese companies discussed their past collaborations and agreed on several areas for future cooperation. HBL delegation said the Bank would actively support Chinese companies’ efforts to expand into new markets and provide them with high-quality services for their investments and construction projects in South Asia.

此次访问为哈比银行与中国在金融领域的合作注入了新的活力，为两国经济交流与合作搭建了更加坚实的桥梁。未来，哈比银行将继续积极拓展与中国在各个领域的合作，共同推动两国经济繁荣发展，为构建开放型世界经济贡献哈比力量。

This visit has injected new vitality into the financial cooperation between HBL and China and built a more solid bridge for economic exchanges and cooperation between the two countries. HBL will continue to actively expand cooperation with China in various fields, jointly promote the economic prosperity and development of the two countries and contribute its strength to building an open world economy.
