Wang highlighted Jinzhou's strategic advantages, encompassing its strategic geographical location, robust industrial foundation, and expansive market potential. Bolstered by the escalating business volume of the Jinzhou Port Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), advancements in the quest for establishing Jinzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone and a national logistics hub city, as well as the continuous expansion of the Jinzhou Binhai e-commerce industrial base, Wang affirmed that Jinzhou was ideally positioned to foster cross-border e-commerce. He emphasized the importance of constructing an upscale, international, market-oriented, and professional platform for cross-border e-commerce cooperation and exchange, foreseeing its role in catalyzing Jinzhou's revitalization and development through the provision of top-tier "content," "channels," and "traffic."
Wang Xinyu highlighted Jinzhou's unwavering commitment to General Secretary Xi's directives during his inspection of the city. He commended the city's dedication to prioritizing regional openness as it charts new pathways on the frontier of regional development. With Jinzhou Port as the coastal fulcrum, Wang explained how this expansive corridor radiates eastward toward Japan and South Korea, southward to ASEAN nations and China's southeastern coastal regions, and westward to Russia, the European Union, and Central Asian countries. This comprehensive network forms a global interconnection, ultimately serving as an economic artery linking the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and the markets of RCEP agreement signatory nations. Capitalizing on Jinzhou's deep-rooted tradition of openness, strategic land-sea connectivity, and a multifunctional open platform, Wang expressed confidence in Jinzhou's potential to become a pivotal nexus for economic and trade interactions between Northeast Asia and RCEP countries.
