Linggas Research and Production Base in Nangang Officially Commences Operation
On November 8, Tianjin Linggas Co., Ltd.’s Nangang Research and Production Base, a municipal-level key project in Tianjin, officially commenced operation in the Nangang Industrial Zone of TEDA. With a total investment of 320 million yuan, the project includes a factory showroom, control room, research and development center, analysis lab, production workshop, raw material warehouse, and other functional areas, featuring 19 production lines equipped with advanced experimental and analytical equipment. This comprehensive production base integrates research, production, warehousing, exhibition, and sales. Once fully operational, this production base will be capable of an annual output of 6,000 tons of over 40 types of electronic specialty gases. These products mainly serve high-tech fields such as integrated circuits, photovoltaics, and optical fibers. It provides crucial support for the development of new materials in China's integrated circuit supporting industry.
Linggas is one of the world's major suppliers of high-purity electronic special gas and a leading enterprise in China's semiconductor-grade high-purity electronic special gas industry. It primarily supplies products and services to well-known semiconductor chip manufacturers globally, breaking the previous reliance on imports for high-purity electronic special gases in China. This development provides solid support for the advancement of China's integrated circuit industry and breakthroughs in critical materials. The Nangang Production Base is a significant production base invested and constructed by Linggas in Tianjin. It aims to establish itself as a crucial high-purity electronic special gas research and production base in North China.
