Apex Group appoints new Super Regional Head of Europe
Navita Yadav is Apex Group's new Super Regional Head of Europe and member of the Group Executive Committee.
Apex Group, the global financial services provider, has appointed Navita Yadav as the Super Regional Head of Europe and member of the Group Executive Committee. This strategic move marks a new chapter in Apex Group’s commitment to driving growth and innovation in the European financial markets.
The European arm covering all markets in the European Union and the UK, includes the European Depositary Bank (EDB) and houses the Group’s largest revenue base globally. Entrusted with steering over US$ 1 billion in revenues. Navita’s leadership is pivotal in augmenting profitability across a diverse range of services, including fund services, digital banking, depositary, custody, middle office, corporate services and ESG ratings and advisory.
A global business leader and visionary, Navita Yadav brings 25 years of senior financial services experience. She is renowned for her strategic prowess in building, operating and capitalising large financial services businesses globally. An international expert on European and Asian markets, her extensive background covers a range of global P&L ownership roles, from banking to asset servicing and outsourced business services, with a track record of consistent profit growth. Passionate about innovation in public policy, Navita is also a Central Bank Advisor and has championed financial sector development initiatives in many countries. With vast people and diversity experience, she is an advocate for inclusivity and societal impact and also serves on the Board of the African Medical and Research Foundation, UK.
In her new capacity, Navita Yadav will play an instrumental role in advancing Apex Group’s strategic ambitions, which include broadening its array of cutting-edge financial solutions and fortifying its digital banking infrastructure. Her seasoned insights as a Central Bank Advisor and her dedication to financial sector progression will prove invaluable as Apex Group continues to expand its service offerings.
