KAS will inform in advance about plans to implement further electronic public services

The National Tax Administration (KAS) will regularly inform about plans to implement its services. Thanks to this, KAS customers will learn about the changes in advance and will be able to prepare for them.
The computerization plan for KAS services will cover the years 2024-2028. It will also include detailed information about planned changes over the next six months.
The National Tax Administration gradually improves the quality of services provided to taxpayers. One of KAS's priorities in this regard is to introduce modern IT solutions and provide further e-services that meet customer expectations.
"In the constantly expanding catalog of digital services for taxpayers and payers, we want to use, among others, innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence, voicebots and chatbots serving customers. These types of solutions will allow us to provide public services at the highest level in various electronic channels, in accordance with current preferences our clients."

The Ministry of Finance will regularly inform about plans to implement services for KAS customers over the next several years, providing detailed information on planned changes over the next 6 months. These plans (RoadMapa IT KAS) will be updated quarterly. Thanks to this, KAS customers will be kept informed about the dates and scope of changes introduced.

In the 2024-2028 period, KAS plans to continue the construction and development of pro-customer services. Detailed information in this regard can be found in the presentation at the end of the announcement.
Changes planned by the end of 2024
The e-Tax Office will expand, among others: payment card payment catalog. There will also be a mobile application, e-Tax Office.
The tax administration will provide one hotline number of the National Tax Administration for contacts with the tax office.
From August 2024, on a pilot basis, in selected tax offices, taxpayers will be able to pay stamp duty to a local government unit using a QR code available in the Tax Office.
The Ministry of Finance will provide an updated test version of the KSeF taxpayer application.
As part of the Transparency Center, KAS will publish all logical structures regarding JPK files and brochures for these structures.
KAS will make file creators for registration and reporting available to operators of online platforms (who are obliged to collect and send to KAS information on income obtained through them by Internet users). It will also adapt tools for sending signed files. A subpage with information and answers to frequently asked questions will be created on kontakt.gov.pl.
KAS will implement changes in the area of the PUESC platform. They will concern, among others: e-Excise decisions, e-Customs decisions and the e-Granica system.
