Finland Issues EUR4 Bln in New April 2030 Government Bonds
Finland issued 4 billion euros ($4.43 billion) in new April 2030-dated government bonds via syndication on Tuesday, one of the lead manager banks said.
Books closed in excess of EUR10.3 billion, including EUR550 million in joint lead manager interest, the same bank said.
The spread on the bond was set at mid-swaps plus 10 basis points. The bond has a 2.50% coupon and it was priced at 99.748, at a yield of 2.550%, the same bank said.
Lead manager banks of the transaction are BofA Securities, Citi, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan.
