Becomes 1st European Exchange to List Yulan Bond
2024年10月16日星期三，卢森堡证券交易所（LuxSE，以下简称卢交所）与东方证券股份有限公司（DFZQ）、上海清算所（SHCH）和欧洲清算银行（Euroclear
Bank）合作，将东方证券发行的1亿欧元玉兰债在卢交所的欧元多边交易设施（Euro
MTF）市场挂牌上市。On Wednesday, 16
October 2024, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), together with Orient
Securities Company Limited (DFZQ), Shanghai Clearing House (SHCH), and
Euroclear Bank, successfully listed DFZQ's €100 million Yulan bond on LuxSE's
Euro MTF market.
这一上市标志着卢交所成为首家上市并交易这一独特资产类别的欧洲交易所。玉兰债券专为中国发行人与全球投资者而设计，由上海清算所发行，并通过欧洲清算银行结算。东方证券总裁鲁伟铭表示：“这一成就彰显了我们在2024年，中国‘十四五’规划关键之年，推动金融市场开放与高质量发展的先行作用。我们对合作伙伴和投资者的支持深表感谢。”This listing makes
LuxSE the first European exchange to list and admit this unique asset class to
trading. Yulan bonds, designed to connect Chinese issuers with global
investors, are issued through the Shanghai Clearing House and settled via
Euroclear Bank. Lu Weiming, President of DFZQ, commented: "This
achievement highlights our pioneering efforts toward opening up the financial
market and driving high-level development in 2024, a critical year for China's
14th Five-Year Plan. We’re grateful to our partners and investors for their
consistent support."

Chinese entities with opportunities to access international capital markets,
thanks to the cross-border collaboration between SHCH and Euroclear Bank. This
bond structure, named after the Yulan flower (the official flower of Shanghai),
continues to strengthen ties between Chinese issuers and global investors.
欧洲清算银行亚太区首席执行官Philippe

CEO of Asia Pacific at Euroclear, added: "This listing represents a
significant achievement for our Yulan bond structure and opens a new investment
route into China."

a preferred venue for Chinese issuers seeking international capital. This new
