AIM Global Foundation Partners with Expo City Dubai to Advance Urban Development
In a significant move to enhance urban development initiatives, the AIM Global Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Expo City Dubai during the Cities in Action Forum (CAP25) held on February 13, 2025.
This collaboration aims to strengthen the relationship between AIM Congress and Expo City Dubai, focusing on the Asia Pacific Cities Summit & Mayors Summit 2025 (APCS25) scheduled for October 2025. The partnership will develop a strategic work plan, align content, and attract key influencers, including city mayors, to foster impactful discussions and collaborations.
The Cities in Action Forum, which concluded recently, brought together over 500 thought leaders, investors, innovators, and decision-makers from the public and private sectors. The forum featured keynote speeches, workshops, and discussions exploring challenges and opportunities in urban living, highlighting Expo City Dubai as a model for sustainable urban development.
Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy, UAE Minister of International Cooperation and CEO of Expo City Dubai Authority, emphasized the city's commitment to fostering collaboration and driving economic growth. She stated, "In October this year, we will continue this journey as we host the Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors' Forum."
The APCS25 event is expected to attract hundreds of mayors and city leaders, along with over 1,000 executives, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and young professionals.
