New impetus for Hamburg companies: IFB Hamburg and KfW launch state programmes for digitalisation and innovation
- Global loan agreement for EUR 13 million from the "ERP Development Loan Digitalization" and "ERP Development Loan Innovation" programs
- Introduction of two new state programmes with immediate effect
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, in cooperation with KfW and IFB Hamburg, is now opening up new financing opportunities for companies to invest in digitalisation and innovation with the new state programmes "Hamburg-Kredit Digital" and "Hamburg-Kredit Innovation".
The loan programmes are based on the KfW programmes "ERP Development Loan Digitalisation" and "ERP Development Loan Innovation", which were launched on 1 July. As part of a global loan cooperation, IFB Hamburg takes over the management of the state programmes. In addition to liability exemptions and consulting services, it offers a subsidy in the Hamburg-Kredit Digital. KfW is providing 13 million euros to cover the financing requirements for the new state offer.
The new programs offer companies a versatile financing option with a minimum loan amount of 25,000 euros. They are open to freelancers, sole proprietorships and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The initiative strengthens the competitiveness of Hamburg's companies. Together with the federal states and their promotional institutions, KfW supports the regional roots and innovative strength of local entrepreneurs.
