The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has announced the success of the "Refreshing SE for Growth" program, following the development of 7 Social Enterprises (SEs) into model SEs. This achievement demonstrates clear positive business outcomes and underscores the program's robust capability to elevate the potential and foster the growth of SEs. Conducted over 4 months (August - November 2025), the program paired SEs with CEO-level executives from companies listed on the SET and mai markets to provide in-depth consultation and drive concrete pathways for business expansion.
Mr. Rongrak Panapawattikul, Deputy Manager, Head of Legal and Corporate Social Activities Division at The Stock Exchange of Thailand, revealed that the outcomes not only reflect significant business progress but have also helped all 7 participating Social Enterprises identify clear growth opportunities and channels. This includes strategies for cost reduction, profit increase, operational standard enhancement, and methods for developing management systems to enable systematic growth. Although the program has concluded, SET will continue to provide ongoing monitoring and advisory support to all 7 SEs. It is firmly believed that strengthening SEs not only helps drive the ESG efforts of listed companies in the capital market but also contributes to creating sustainable social and environmental change.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand has continuously promoted and supported social entrepreneurs for over 9 years. This year, the format was adapted into the "Refreshing SE for Growth" program, implemented in collaboration with 5 partners: the mai Listed Companies Association (maiA), PwC Thailand, the Social Enterprise Promotion Office (SEPO), the Small Industry Credit Guarantee Corporation (SICGC), and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (THPF). This year's program was divided into 2 modules: 1) Business practice workshops, and 2) One-on-one coaching with senior executives from companies listed on SET and mai.
The "Refreshing SE for Growth" program initially had 18 Social Enterprises participating in Module 1. Subsequently, 7 enterprises with clear business models and concrete expansion plans were selected for Module 2 to receive one-on-one coaching throughout the program. These 7 enterprises are: Creative Move Co., Ltd., Jitta Vimansa Co., Ltd., Safe Life Products Co., Ltd., Tangton Dee for Society Co., Ltd., Noburo Platform Co., Ltd., Wannarak Hua Hin Co., Ltd., and Haze Free Co., Ltd.
