ESMA recognises Shanghai Clearing House and Dubai Clear
The European Securities and Markets Authority , the EU’s securities markets regulator, has updated its list of recognised third-country central counterparties (TC CCPs) to include the Shanghai Clearing House and Dubai Clear.
