CAP 1 Financial Group Entered into a Strategic Collaboration with ATOZED

凯万金控 (CAP 1) 与ATOZED已达成战略合作关系，通过最新推出的VCC基金，为合格的中国投资者提供在新加坡迁册的机会，同时也为海外投资者提供了投资中国市场的机会。

CAP 1 Financial has entered into a strategic collaboration with ATOZED to offer accredited China investors the opportunity to re-domicile funds in Singapore through recently launched VCC fund and Offshore investors to invest into China.

在这一合作关系下，ATOZED和凯万金控集团 (CFG) 将采用协同管理模式，以促进双边投资。此次合作将使符合条件的中国企业和投资者能够接入国际基金管理平台，并通过凯万金控集团（CFG）基金投资位于新加坡和东盟地区的战略公司。此外，ATOZED还将为凯万金控集团（CFG）提供接触众多在中国寻求投资的高增长潜力企业的机会，这符合凯万金控集团（CFG）在早期发掘成长型企业并作为其战略投资者与其合作的投资策略。

Under this partnership, ATOZED and CAP 1 Financial Group (CFG) will operate on a Collaborative Management model so as to promote bilateral investments. This collaboration will enable accredited Chinese Corporates and investors to gain access to an international fund management platform and allow them to invest into strategic companies in Singapore and ASEAN region via CFG fund. In addition, ATOZED will also provide CFG with access to a great number of high growth companies seeking Investments in China. This is in line with CFG’s investment strategy of identifying growth companies early on and partnering them as a strategic investor.
