China Opens China-Africa Greater Bay Area International Business Center in Nansha
The China-Africa Greater Bay Area International Business Center officially opened in Nansha, Guangzhou, offering a new hub for Sino-African trade and investment in one of China's most dynamic economic regions.
The center is a collaborative initiative between the Nansha District Government and the Beijing China-Africa Friendship and Economic Development Foundation. It provides comprehensive, one-stop services for international enterprises, including office space, trade facilitation, policy and legal consulting, supply chain coordination, and platforms for education and cultural exchange. For foreign investors and companies seeking to engage with China, the center functions as a practical gateway to the Chinese market and regional business networks.
Nansha authorities highlighted that the center leverages the foundation’s established networks across African countries to attract business representatives from multiple nations. Participating companies will gain access to policy guidance, legal and business advisory services, and logistical support, while the center will organize forums, trade expos, and promotional activities, integrating services such as customs clearance, inspection, and shipping coordination into a single platform.
Representatives of the foundation emphasized the center’s strategic role as a bridge for Sino-African commercial cooperation. “Our aim is to channel African trade projects into Nansha and help local enterprises expand overseas,” the foundation noted, stressing the center’s potential to connect African and Chinese businesses effectively.
Looking ahead, Nansha plans to regularly host investment consultations, corporate salons, business forums, and trade exhibitions, encouraging more African business representatives to establish a local presence. The district aims to position itself as a primary gateway for African goods entering China and for Chinese companies expanding into African markets.
For international investors and cross-border business decision-makers, the Nansha center offers direct access to Chinese market infrastructure, policy support, and regional networks, making it a compelling platform to explore partnerships, launch products, and navigate China-Africa trade efficiently.
