In November 2025, Alfa-Bank announced two major digital service enhancements — the integration of instant payments via T-Pay, and the launch of a Tender Marketplace for corporate clients. The initiatives further reinforce the bank’s strategy to provide seamless, tech-driven financial solutions for both individuals and businesses.
Instant Payments and One-Click Checkout
Alfa-Bank customers can now make online purchases instantly through T-Pay. A new Alfa Pay button has also been added to the T-Business e-commerce acquiring system, allowing users to complete transactions in a single click without entering card details.
According to the bank, the integration of Alfa Pay and T-Pay combines the speed, convenience, and security of both services. The move not only streamlines the checkout process but also helps merchants improve payment conversion rates and customer loyalty.
“The integration of Pay services into Alfa-Bank’s acquiring platform marks an important step toward creating a more accessible and convenient payment environment,” said the head of acquiring and payment services development at Alfa-Bank. “Partnerships with major market players such as T-Bank enable us to deliver simpler and more efficient payment experiences for both consumers and businesses.”
A Digital Marketplace for Tenders
Alfa-Bank has also introduced a digital tender marketplace called “Government Procurement Search”, now available through its Alfa Business Online platform. Designed for companies seeking to efficiently find and win public contracts, the service consolidates all key tender management functions—from search and analysis to success probability assessment—within a single interface.
Users can apply advanced filters to locate relevant tenders, save favorites, and receive personalized recommendations powered by AI through the Neuro-Assistant for Public Procurement. The platform also enables real-time subscription alerts for new opportunities that match preset criteria.
“The new service is a practical tool that helps entrepreneurs build competitive strategies for tender participation based on their strengths and real capabilities,” said the director of SME business at Alfa-Bank.
Strengthening the Bank's Phygital Model
Alfa-Bank remains Russia’s largest private universal bank, operating under a “Phygital” model that combines digital innovation with a strong physical presence. The bank maintains over 800 offices and provides services in more than 30,000 localities across the country.
As of May 2025, Alfa-Bank serves over 2 million corporate clients and more than 40 million individual clients. In 2024, its net profit reached RUB 210 billion under IFRS standards. Continuing its digital transformation, Alfa-Bank is evolving into a next-generation fintech platform that delivers seamless financial and everyday solutions to its customers.
