Process Review Panel for the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority publishes 2022 Annual Report
The PRP Chairman, Mr Eugene Fung, SC, said, "The PRP reviewed in detail 30 cases relating to the core regulatory activities of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA). With a broader scope of review starting from this cycle, the PRP made a number of observations and recommendations to the MPFA on further enhancing its work for the betterment of the MPF regulatory regime."
He added, "We are thankful to the MPFA for their continuous co-operation and support in facilitating the PRP's work, and for their positive response to our recommendations."
The 2022 Annual Report has been uploaded to the website of the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau at www.fstb.gov.hk/fsb/en/business/prp/doc/prp_mpfa_2022_e.pdf.
